What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

For stock items there is no strict MOQ — you can start from one carton to test quality. For compressors and larger components we recommend starting from 5–10 pieces per model. Mixed models can be combined in one container to reach economical freight.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners we also support L/C at sight, and Alibaba Trade Assurance orders on request.

How do you ship, and what are the lead times?

We ship worldwide by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

• Stock items: ship in 3–7 working days
• Production orders: typically 15–30 days depending on quantity
• Terms quoted: EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou) and CIF to major ports

Do you offer samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders are welcome so you can verify fit and quality on real vehicles. Sample cost is credited back against your first bulk order.

Do you provide OEM branding and custom packaging?

Yes — customer logo on products and boxes, custom label design and master-carton printing. Ideal for distributors building their own brand. MOQ for OEM packaging varies by item, typically 100–500 pieces.

What warranty do you offer?

12 months from shipment date. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge in your next order or compensated — a clear, fast process without endless paperwork.
